Garage door spring replacement
I left a voice message with Frank on Sunday, my garage door springs were replaced Wednesday afternoon. Frank was quick & efficient; he would have been done on Tuesday had we returned his phone call on Monday morning!
A Roller replaced or Door worked on
I hired Frank to come out and change a roller on our garage door as our tenant said the door was catching sometimes. Frank went out (at no cost) and let me know that the rollers were fine and that he didn't think any work was needed at this time as he couldn't replicate the issue. He did mention some small things that might need attention in the future. I will definitely give Frank a call when we need service again. Very professional and personable to work with.
Frank was very professional and speedy . Completed the project and explain everything to me. Will contact him again if needed. Will also refer him anyone in the neighborhood has a problem.

Garage Door was not operating correctly
Frank was amazing. He was quick to respond and provided options to repair the garage door system. He gave us the best estimate and was able to fix the garage door very quickly and it works perfect. Paul called immediately when I submitted the project on Home Advisor. He showed up on time and provided an estimate to replace a garage door opener. I asked about using a different, less expensive opener and Paul agreed to pick it up and return to install it. Paul was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
